Chhatishgarh prachar evam vikas sansthan -Introduction Of Anil Mishra

Introduction- Shri Anil Mishra was born on 23-03-1983 in Ambikapur district of Chhattisgarh state. His father is employed as instructor in Ambikapur ITI. He graduated in commerce from Government Post Graduate College Ambikapur. He wanted to be a Chartered Accountant but due to families financial condition he started working. He came to know of a Voluntary organisation from a friend. He went there in search of a job. But he was dismissed. He started learning about their working and it arose a curiosity. He discussed with his friends and they encouraged him to start working independently. He met many voluntary organisation workers and their heads and gained from their experience. They also encouraged him to go ahead on his work. 

Establishment of organisation - He started Chhattisgarh Prachar evem vikas sansthan on 15-07-20005 by registering it with Chhattisgarh societies registration act 1973. He started working on the village areas of lakhanpur, surajpur development block of sarguja district. 

Recognition- He believes that the society can be changed by youth and their united effort can solve many problems and make development. 

Future Tactics - To create a powerfull youth organisation and achieve goals of development for the village people. 

Expertise - To organise Youth and bring leadership skills. 

Weakness - the lack of contact with external institutions and organizations, and lack of resources.

Jan Pradhan - Introduction Of Ramakant Pandey

Brief introduction Shri Ramakant pandey. Shri Ramakant Pandey was born on 17-07-1967 in kukhri village of Chhattisgarh. His father Shri Mukhram Pandey is a simple farmer. He did his graduation from Post Graduate college of Ambikapur. He could not continue his studies due to poor financial condition. To contribute to the earning of the family he started working for a voluntary organization. Soon he had to sit at home because the project for which the voluntary organisation was set up was drawing to a closure. 

Establishment of organization - He had developed an intimacy with the people he was working with. Those village people encouraged him to start out on his own. On 06-05-2003 he registered Jan-pradhan with the Chhattisgarh Society registration act 1973. He made the villages under Rajpur Developmenet block of sarguja district his work area. He did not face any difficulty because he knew people around his work area. Due to lack of resources he started giving services to other voluntary organisations became their resource person and started collecting resources. He is a problem solver and a good listener and solved many problems of the poor farmers.

Recognition - He dream is to end the corruption and exploitation. He believes that if village people are made aware of the things they will themselves come forward for their right.

Activities - He is working on various activities like NREGA, RTI, PDS, Watershed and other Government recognised programmes by spreading awareness and providing capability building and training facilities.

Future Strategy - Organising and strengthening the poor and tribal people and build leadership qualities and personality development .

Sarguja Nikhar Seva Samity- Introduction Of Srikant Upadhayay

He was born on 08-10-60 in gajipur district of UP ina small village rewati. His father shir awadhi upadhayay was working in indian army. His education happened indifferent places. He did is graduation in sanskrit in sanskrit college of gagipur. He had great interest to join interst but his family did not let him go so he became a teacher in duddhi, sonbhadra district in UP.

There he met a local social welfare worker harishankar pathak who encourage his to join with him. He then accompanied with pathak ji to Vanvasi seva ashram and worked for 6 years. There he met another person who was running a welfare organization in sarguja and accompanied him to sarguja.

Later he registered his own organisation Sarguja Nikhar Seva Samity with Chhattisgarh society act, 1973 and started working independently in partappur development block of sarguja. Since he was interest in teaching so he started a primary school. Later he learned other problems and took active part in Mahatma Gandhi Gramin Rojgaar Guaranteed yojna, PDS, Forest land acquisition program, Voter awarness campaign,Environment conservation issues. 

Recognition - He believes that people of village should unite and work together for the development of the village by taking advantage of the goverment schemes and through capability building. They should create pressure so that these plans take effect. He wishes to unite people and take them to development work. 

Activities - He has taken 10 gram panchayat of pratapur development block as his work area. He takes regular meeting and spreads the awarness about government schemes by writing on the wall, distributing pamplets, and listens to their problems. Organizing training programmes for capability building. Then he negotiates with the rural development block and district level to remove those problems and issues. 

Expertise - He has great experience and knowledge but his education is goes even higher and he speciliazes in it. 

Future Tactics - He wish to educate people and wants to see people 100 precent educated and self reliant.

CHIRAG -Introduction Of mangal Pandey

Mr. Mangel Pandeyji was born on a 4th may 1968 in a small village in bhabua district of bihar.His father Shir Chaukori pandey was a middle class,marginal farmer. His elder brother use to come to sarguja district for his business purposes and later he settled here.He came along with his elder brother and got his college education at govt pg college of ambikapur which is affiliated to guru ghasidas university. After his education he took up a job as a branch manager in a private bank. He suffered poor health and later came to know that he had a damaged kidney. He left his job and went to Banaras to cure his health. There the doctors took out his kidney. His economic condition worsened due to his medical expenses. His brothers business was closed down. Then the whole family went back to babua district in bihar. After sometime when he recovered his health he came to sarguja lookinhg for work. His friend who was running a social welfare organization took his under his work. This is how he came to this voluntary world. Later he registered his own social organisation CHIRAG on 28-03-06 at Chhattisgarh societies registration act,1973 and came out to work independently. He started working in 10 gram panchayats. He is an able Accountant and a good trainer and he is struggling to establish himself in voluntary world. He arranges his resources by offering his services and becoming a resource person for other organisation.He admits that he has to learn a lot and establish his identity. He admits that there is lack of contact information and relationship. Inspite of his bad health he does not lack confidence. 

Confidence - Pandeyji is making unrelentless effort to organize the tribals and village communities, bring the benefits of the government schemes to them and bring a coordination in the work that is being done. 

Activities - Issues of Awareness, Capability building, Security of livelihood, their development and solving the problems through advocacy programmes. 

Expertise - Accountancy and as a trainer.

Brief Introduction - Mr. Akhilesh Pandey
Mr. Akhilesh Pandey is working presently for Ardash prahari samaj sevi sansthrn as Secretary and CEO of the Institute. He was born on 25.101972 Surguja district of Chhattisgarh state's district headquarters in Ambikapur. His father Late Surendranath Pandey was working as a clerk on Ambikapur District Cooperative Bank. Their grandfather was a farmer.Mr Pandey wanted to become and Engineer so he completed his schooling with mathematics but because of his fathers untimely death he had to shoulder the responsibilty of his family being the only male member and only brother of 4 sisters. He struugled very hard to make ends meet and complete his education and also gave marriage to all his four sisters.He studied MA (Social Science) and did LLB from Government College of Education Ambikapur, he then started practising law as an advocate in District court.During his work he came to meet many people from rural areas coming from the tribal community of the village.Once he went to a certain village to discuss a case, there he came to know the real state of living of villagers,their village lifestyle and social life very closely watched them when they plead with them and felt deeply for their development.

First, in this Court he started giving them free legal aid to poor families and while referring to the villagers felt that the villagers need health and education the most.

To overcome this he discussed this with his advocate friends and stared to work for adarsh praharai,a social service organization, seeing his dedication he was appointed secretary and given all the important responsibilities.When he became a director for this organization he started enhancing his experiences and capabilities. He met the heads of voluntary organizations working at the local level management to collect managerial information. He connected with district and state level network of voluntary organizations and joined local and state level training programs'Prashikshak training, planning and monitoring, project construction, micro-level planning, etc., were trained. He worked for the district legal literacy among rural Aboriginal communities and local self Literacy Department, under the Tribal Development Department Aefaiad Project Environment, Health, Watershed management, Udyan Department under National Horticulture Mission Project. SRI cultivation and the National Rural Development Fund and microfinance together through economic development programs conducted at the village level. Mr Pandey Ji law expert and currently a member of District level Vigilance and ratings committee in Surguja. Mr Pandey is working to guarantee livelihood income for rural poor by new agricultural techniques and small and cottage industries so that they can be absorbed by the mainstream society.

He want to make the poor and tribal communities educated and self-reliant.

Bright Society for Women Empowerment & Educational Development

Brief Introduction - Mrs Elizabeth Kujur Mrs. Elizabeth Kujur was born on December 5, 1979 in the Surguja district, Bellkota village of Batauli Block. Mrs. Eliza belongs to tribal community and she completed her primary and middle, and high school education in the village and college education in Government Post Graduate College,Ambikapur which is affiliated to Guru Ghasidas University Bilaspur, She did MA Sociology. She started her career from a local social service agency. There she had an opportunity to understand closely about the problems of the rural poor of their community and the village . She married her friend from voluntary work. Because of this she did not face any problems after marriage, to work. 

Establishment of organization - NGO organization was established on 27/3/2006 by the name of Bright Society for Women empowerment and education and got it registered under Chhattisgarh Societies Registration Act of 1973. 

Recognition - their belief is that in the rural areas, tribal women work hard in their home as well as in the agricultural land. If these women are educated and made self-dependent then there will be an end to exploitation,oppresion and the Village develop rapidly. 

Activities - made her home village her work place and stared a primary and middle school in the Bautauli village for educating tribal women and children. Apart from this they also stared to spread awareness of government welfare schemes in her village and nearby villages. Today, she has a strong network of women organizations who themselves have made own support group and are doing some economic activity and performing an active role n participation in Gram Panchayat, Gram Sabhasa. She wishes to end corruption at the village level by educating the people. 

Expertise - She has knowledge of other areas but being from the tribal community she has expert knowledge of organizing, mobilize the women of these tribal communities. Recognition - Develop his organization, his capabilities, learn more how to work better by voluntary organization peer and therby help is rural developement . Give an identity to his organization.
